This is a "player-coach" role designed for a leader who excels at driving complex enterprise deals while simultaneously mentoring and managing a high-performing sales and partnerships team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Sales will define and execute a comprehensive strategy to expand the organization's presence across the fintech, banking, corporate, payments, and crypto ecosystems. By treating digital dollars as a public good—trusted, accessible, and built for real-world utility—the company aims to create a new financial fabric that is faster and more efficient than traditional siloed systems.
The team combines the discipline of high-performance finance with the creativity of a fast-moving, crypto-native startup. Joining this group means entering a high-velocity environment that values clear thinking, extreme ownership, and technical excellence.
