Summary

The Client Advisor delivers exceptional luxury retail service on the sales floor, acting as a brand ambassador for Dolce & Gabbana while achieving individual and store sales targets. The role requires deep product knowledge, a client-focused approach, and collaboration with the sales team to maintain the store’s image and operational standards. The Advisor uses CRM tools to build and retain client relationships and to source new business.

• Provide impeccable, personalized service to clients and represent the brand at all times.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the sales ceremony on the shop floor.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to a smooth-running sales environment.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and understanding of brand history and heritage.
• Use CRM to monitor, update, and grow client relationships and source new clients.
• Work to achieve individual and store sales goals and support sales initiatives and objectives.
• Assist with merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Experience with Women’s and Men’s ready-to-wear.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and utilize CRM tools.
