Retail Beauty Education Specialist

Our client, a global beauty and skincare brand, is hiring an Education Sales Specialist to support retail growth across New York. This field-based role focuses on driving sales, strengthening retail partnerships, and educating store teams at Sephora, ULTA, and Macy’s.

The ideal candidate brings strong relationship-building skills, experience in beauty retail or field education, and a passion for skincare. Success will be measured by increased brand visibility, improved retail sales, and productive partnerships within the assigned territory.

• Key priorities:
  Sales growth, retail training, and partnership development
• Travel:
  Regular travel throughout the assigned territory

• Drive retail sales growth across Sephora, ULTA, and Macy’s locations within the assigned territory
• Conduct in-store product education and sales training for retail associates
• Build strong relationships with store leadership, associates, and account partners
• Coach retail teams on selling strategies, customer engagement, and product knowledge
• Organize and support promotional events, product demonstrations, and brand activations
• Monitor retail performance and identify opportunities to improve sales results
• Maintain accurate reporting on daily, monthly, and seasonal performance metrics
• Stay informed on beauty industry trends, competitor activity, and retail performance drivers
• Expand client relationships and strengthen overall brand presence within the territory
• Travel regularly between retail locations throughout the assigned market

• Previous experience in beauty retail, field sales, brand education, or skincare sales.
• Experience managing retail performance metrics and reporting; strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills with the ability to educate retail associates effectively.
• Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory; reliable personal vehicle required.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.

• Experience working with Sephora, ULTA, Macy’s, or other prestige beauty retailers.
• Previous experience specifically as a field educator or brand representative.
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• $25.00 per hour (hourly, non-exempt). Pay frequency and applicable overtime will be provided in the offer and are subject to federal, state, and local laws.
• Mileage reimbursement provided for business travel in accordance with company policy (reimbursement rate and documentation requirements will be communicated at onboarding).
• Parking reimbursement available for approved store visits with receipt submission per company policy.
• Field-based flexibility and support for remote/field working arrangements, as applicable.
