Position SummarySAA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration and coordination of sales activity across the property. This role will help manage leads, proposals, tour scheduling, follow-up communication, internal coordination, reporting, and general sales process support while partnering cross-functionally with Membership, Events, Operations, and leadership teams.
CompensationHourly Range:
Approximately $30.00-$35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Coordinate inbound inquiries, lead tracking, follow-up communication, and pipeline updates.
- Support tours, site visits, proposals, presentations, and sales materials preparation.
- Maintain organized records, calendars, prospect notes, and reporting across active opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams to confirm availability, operational details, and next steps.
- Help ensure prospects receive timely, polished, and professional communication throughout the process.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the broader sales function as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, hospitality, events, membership, or a related coordination role.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication with a polished client-facing presence.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM, calendar management, and reporting experience preferred.
