We're looking for an experienced Sports Medicine Sales Representative for the NYC & Northern New Jersey Markets.
We are partnering with a fast-growing regenerative medicine company that has developed a differentiated biologic implant for orthopedic and sports medicine applications. Backed by strong clinical evidence and multiple patents, the company is expanding its commercial team nationally.
The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Sports Medicine Sales Representative to drive product adoption with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, hospitals, and ASCs.
Responsibilities- Develop and grow surgeon relationships throughout the territory
- Drive new product adoption and competitive conversions
- Provide clinical support and product expertise in the OR
- Build relationships with hospital and ASC decision-makers
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- 3+ years of medical device sales experience
- Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, or Biologics experience strongly preferred
- Proven record of exceeding sales goals
- Strong surgeon relationships and OR experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to succeed in a high-growth environment
- Ability to travel throughout the territory
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
