Milano Collection, one of the world's leading luxury human hair wig companies, is looking for an exceptional Sales Associate to join our showroom team.

This is much more than a traditional retail sales position. Our clients often come to us during an important and emotional time in their lives, and the experience you provide can make a meaningful difference. You'll guide women through the process of finding a wig or topper they feel beautiful and confident wearing, combining exceptional customer service with strong consultative sales skills.

Welcome and engage new and returning clients, creating a warm, comfortable and exceptional showroom experience

Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences and goals

Confidently present and explain our premium wigs, toppers and other products, helping clients explore the options best suited to them

Provide personalized, consultative service while guiding clients toward a purchase decision

Communicate with existing and prospective clients in person, by phone and through video consultations

Build trust and lasting relationships that encourage clients to return to Milano Collection

Follow up with clients and help convert inquiries into sales

Ensure orders and sales are accurately processed and followed through to completion

Become knowledgeable about our products, collections and services through comprehensive training

Work collaboratively with the showroom team to achieve an exceptional client experience

Assist with other showroom responsibilities as needed

A successful track record selling high-end products or services

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust

A natural ability to listen, understand customer needs and confidently guide clients toward the right purchase

A warm, friendly and high-energy personality with a genuine desire to help people

Someone who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Comfortable working with clients in person, by phone and through video

Professional, polished and able to provide an elevated experience appropriate for a luxury brand

Comfortable wearing a wig during consultations when helpful — prior wig-wearing experience is not required

Computer savvy, with the ability to learn and work confidently with Microsoft Outlook, point-of-sale and other business systems

Able to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual and dependable
