MCA SALES Broker

As an MCA Sales Broker at High Rise Capital, you will be responsible for developing relationships with business owners and helping them secure financing that aligns with their business needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting and generating new business leads.
• Making outbound calls to business owners.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Educating business owners on available financing options.
• Qualifying businesses for Merchant Cash Advances and other financing products.
• Collecting required business documentation.
• Submitting complete applications to the underwriting team.
• Managing and maintaining an active sales pipeline.
• Following up with prospects and existing clients.
• Negotiating and structuring financing opportunities.
• Working closely with underwriting and processing teams.
• Closing deals and generating funded business.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate records within the CRM.

Your base salary will be determined based on your previous sales experience, MCA industry experience, and proven production.

• Previous sales experience preferred.

• Previous Merchant Cash Advance experience.

MCA experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong sales backgrounds.
