Cassina Luxury Sales Associate

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Associate to join our New York team and play a key role in driving business growth while creating exceptional client relationships.

• Build and nurture relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and trade professionals
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the store’s client base
• Deliver an exceptional, high-touch luxury client experience from initial contact through project completion
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and profitability goals
• Maintain showroom standards to reflect the excellence and heritage of the Cassina brand
• Host and support in-store events to engage the design community and drive traffic
• Actively grow and leverage a strong client portfolio through CRM tools and outreach
• Track leads, client interactions, and sales activities with accuracy and timeliness
• Partner with leadership to provide regular sales forecasts and business insights

• Bachelor’s degree (Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred)
• 3-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury furniture or high-end design
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong network within the Architecture & Design (A&D) community is a plus
• Passion for design, aesthetics, and luxury environments

• Exceptional relationship-building and client engagement skills
• Strong business acumen, including pipeline management and sales forecasting
• Highly proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated mindset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Charismatic presence with the ability to influence and inspire clients
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems preferred
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Photoshop, or 3D tools is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus
