The company has developed an AI-native platform capable of completing sophisticated, high-stakes workflows traditionally handled by skilled professionals. With strong enterprise adoption, significant venture backing, and an expanding go-to-market organization, the business is entering its next phase of growth.
They are hiring a Founding Sales Enablement Lead to build the sales enablement function from the ground up.
This is a true builder role. You'll own the enablement strategy while remaining highly hands-on across onboarding, sales methodology, playbooks, training, content, tooling, and measurement.
What You'll Own- Design and own the onboarding and ramp program for new sales hires, helping reps quickly become productive on a technical and rapidly evolving product.
- Build and codify sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, competitive positioning, and objection-handling resources that create repeatability throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop training programs, certifications, and an enablement content library that keeps the sales organization current on product capabilities and buyer dynamics.
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product to ensure enablement priorities align with company and GTM objectives.
- Establish measurable enablement programs tied to outcomes such as ramp time, win rates, quota attainment, and rep productivity.
- Evaluate and optimize the tools and processes supporting the sales organization as the company scales.
- Help establish the long-term foundation for the company's sales enablement function.
- Approximately 5-10 years of relevant professional experience
, including 4+ years in a dedicated sales enablement, revenue enablement, sales training, or product enablement role
. - Experience building or helping build an enablement function within a scaling B2B SaaS startup.
- Experience operating in an early or growth-stage environment where processes, programs, and infrastructure still needed to be created.
- Demonstrated experience building onboarding and ramp programs with measurable results.
- Ability to point to tangible enablement outcomes such as reduced ramp time, improved win rates, increased quota attainment, or greater seller productivity.
- Strong cross-functional experience partnering with sales leadership, Rev Ops, marketing, and product teams.
- Comfortable working with modern CRM, sales enablement, and conversation-intelligence platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in day-to-day work.
- A builder mentality with the ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Additional value may come from candidates who have:
- Previously worked as an AE, BDR/SDR, or within Rev Ops/GTM before moving into enablement.
- Progressed through enablement roles within an early-stage or rapidly scaling startup.
- Supported teams selling technical or sophisticated SaaS products.
- Enabled sellers targeting accounting, finance, CFO, or other financial decision-makers.
- Experience with in AI-native, fintech, financial software, or adjacent high-growth technology companies.
Candidates coming from larger technology organizations can be relevant, but meaningful startup experience is important for this position
