Summary
The Sales Associate delivers an engaging in-store and online shopping experience for customers in the Moncler Ready To Wear department. The role focuses on fashion styling, product knowledge, and building long-term customer relationships while supporting sales and store operations.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, seamless customer experience in store and online.
- Build and cultivate customer relationships through personalized service.
- Drive sales by using technology and supporting customers throughout their shopping experience.
- Participate in merchandising, fulfillment, and operational tasks, including maintaining the sales floor and fitting rooms.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents and procedural manuals.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
