Summary
The Sales Professional creates a welcoming and engaging shopping experience in store and online. The role focuses on guiding customers, building lasting relationships, and driving sales through fashion knowledge, styling, and gracious service.
Responsibilities- Create seamless and enjoyable in-store and online experiences while building customer relationships.
- Drive sales by assisting in-store and online clients and using technology effectively.
- Support merchandising, fulfillment, and operational standards, including sales floor and fitting room upkeep.
- Share the benefits of loyalty programs and support customers throughout the shopping experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Creative and strategic approach to meeting customer needs.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
