Our client, a beauty company, is looking for an Account Executive to join their team in NYC!
Responsibilities- Manage and grow relationships with off-price retailers and beauty accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Present beauty products, assortments, and new opportunities to buyers while identifying trends and opportunities for account growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on pricing, orders, product development, delivery timelines, and account needs.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to support sales goals, margins, and customer requirements.
- Monitor account performance, follow up on orders and opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key accounts.
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience within the beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or related industry.
- Strong experience working with off-price retailers and familiarity with their buying processes and business needs.
- Established relationships with off-price beauty buyers and/or experience selling into accounts such as TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Burlington, Ross, Nordstrom Rack, or similar retailers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, commercially minded, and able to identify new business opportunities and drive account growth.
