. This full-time, permanent role places you at the intersection of CAM/CNC manufacturing expertise and customer-facing solution consulting.

As an Application Specialist, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, connecting customer manufacturing requirements with effective ALPHACAM solutions. This is a consultative role focused on solution selling and technical enablement rather than transactional sales.

You will partner closely with the Sales team throughout the pre-sales cycle, leading technical discovery sessions, delivering tailored software demonstrations, and validating solutions that address actual production challenges. Your expertise will help prospective clients understand exactly how the software can optimize their workflows, machinery, and overall production requirements.

• Lead Technical Discovery: Understand customer workflows, pain points, and business objectives to translate them into practical technical recommendations.
• Deliver Demonstrations: Create and present engaging, customized software demos and proof-of-concept solutions based on real-world manufacturing scenarios.
• Provide Technical Validation: Address customer questions related to software functionality, capabilities, integrations, and applications during the sales process.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work alongside Sales, Marketing, Services, and Support teams to ensure a consistent, solution-focused customer experience.
• Communicate Value: Explain the technical and business value of ALPHACAM clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support Events: Present at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and technical demonstrations as a subject-matter expert.
• Maintain Expertise: Stay current on ALPHACAM capabilities, CAM/CNC technology, manufacturing trends, and competitive solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong CAM/CNC manufacturing expertise with excellent customer-facing and presentation skills. Hands-on experience with ALPHACAM is strongly preferred, alongside a background in industries such as woodworking, cabinetry, metal, or stone manufacturing.

Self-motivation and strong organizational skills are essential, as you will operate with a high degree of independence while collaborating effectively across teams.
