Wholesale National Account Manager

The Wholesale National Account Manager drives sales performance, brand elevation, and strategic growth across a defined territory of wholesale specialty partners. This office-based role builds partner relationships and supports commercial excellence, sustainable revenue growth, and Montblanc's prestige positioning.

• Deliver sales targets and analyze sell-in and sell-through performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop territory action plans, optimize assortments and distribution, and lead seasonal sell-in campaigns and product presentations.
• Build partner relationships, conduct business reviews, and elevate brand presence through merchandising and client experience standards.
• Deliver product knowledge training, support brand engagement initiatives, and partner with Marketing on clienteling events.
• Manage forecasting, inventory, order flow, CRM, reporting, and operational compliance across accounts.

• At least 5 years of experience in the watch or jewelry industry.
• Proven success exceeding sales targets in a multi-door environment.
• Strong analytical, relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region, up to 40%.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
