Summary
Provide personalized sales and styling service for designer men's apparel customers in-store and through digital channels. Build customer relationships, meet sales goals, and support a customer-ready department.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
- Build lasting customer relationships and provide feedback on style and fit.
- Develop fashion and product knowledge and open rewards accounts.
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and maintain department cleanliness.
- Work flexibly across departments and schedules as business needs require.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
- Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work well on a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet physical requirements, including frequent movement and lifting items up to 25 pounds occasionally.
