The Seasonal Brand Ambassador provides a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store sales and representing the brand. This part-time seasonal role focuses on customer engagement, teamwork, and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while prioritizing customer needs.
- Represent the in-store customer experience and uphold brand and store standards.
- Build client relationships, support alternative purchasing options, and promote digital product discovery tools.
- Participate in team training, support company initiatives and provide feedback to management.
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
- Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potentially overnight shifts.
