We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales Functional Consultant to join our Oracle ERP/Cloud delivery team. The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing Oracle Fusion Sales solutions, performing functional configuration, supporting integrations and data migration, and managing implementation activities from requirement gathering through go-live and post-production support.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales / Oracle CX Sales
, with a good understanding of end-to-end sales processes, including Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity Management, Account & Contact Management, Sales Forecasting, Sales Territories, Sales Catalogs, and Sales Analytics.
- Conduct business requirement workshops with business stakeholders.
- Understand existing sales processes and translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion Sales solutions.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales using Setup and Maintenance / Functional Setup Manager
. - Configure and support:
- Customer / Account Management

- Lead Qualification and Conversion
- Opportunity Management
- Sales Stages and Sales Methodologies
- Sales Forecasting
- Sales Territories and Quotas
- Sales Catalog and Products
- Competitor Management
- Sales Activities, Tasks and Appointments
- Sales Teams and Resource Management
- Sales Analytics and Reporting
- Define business rules, approval processes, security requirements, application parameters, lookups, and reference data.
- Support customer data management and data quality requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications for reports, integrations, and extensions.
- Work closely with technical teams on OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, Application Composer
, and other integration/extension requirements. - Support migration of customer, account, contact, lead, opportunity, and other sales-related data.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, configuration documents, functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals
. - Conduct CRP, solution demonstrations, SIT, UAT, and end-user training
. - Analyze and resolve functional issues during implementation and production support.
- Coordinate with Oracle technical teams and client IT/business teams.
