Executive Assistant

A luxury wellness and empowerment brand offering empowerment coaching, breathwork, sound healing, corporate wellness, private membership experiences, and a ritual fragrance line. The company works with high-profile clients and partners and is looking for someone who is excited to grow with a mission-driven business.

• Manage emails and follow-ups with clients, partners, and vendors
• Support coaching clients with scheduling, reminders, and client care
• Assist with email campaigns and basic website updates

• Post and schedule social media content
• Help grow product sales through promotion and outreach
• Promote events and assist with ticket sales

• Assist with planning and running events, including attending events in person
• Research, pitch, and follow up with sponsors and brand partners
• Help develop corporate partnerships and collaborations
• Create and distribute media kits to press and potential partners

• Deliver product packages and media kits throughout NYC
• Prepare and ship membership packages
• Assist with occasional NYC errands as needed

• Reliable, organized, and able to follow through on tasks
• Responsive and comfortable working independently
• Comfortable with social media, Canva, email platforms, and basic website updates
• Polished and warm when communicating with clients, partners, and press
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Based in NYC/Brooklyn and able to attend events and handle occasional deliveries or errands in person
• Excited to grow with a mission-driven brand
• Eligible for 10% commission on sales

• Experience in wellness, beauty, luxury, or events
• Canva or basic design experience
• Background in sponsor ships, PR, or partnerships

• Hours: 7–10 hours/week, flexible
• Location: Hybrid; remote with occasional in-person events, deliveries, and errands
• Pay: $20/hour + 10% commission on sales
