Café Ambassador - Seasonal - Flagship NY

Pay range 22.32 - 26.04 Hourly with the ability to participate in a sales incentive bonus pay program. The compensation displayed is a good faith estimate for this position.

Provide outstanding customer service while supporting seamless day-to-day cafe operations. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, inventory management, equipment upkeep, and food safety compliance. Assist with daily preparation, service delivery, and operational activities to ensure efficient customer experience. Build strong customer relationships and encourage participation in loyalty programs and brand initiatives. Demonstrate a collaborative, customer-focused approach by supporting team members across all areas of the store.

Help maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment by adhering to all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.

This is a seasonal position expected to run from October 2026 to January 2027.

• Passionate about fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands
• Experience in the Food & Beautiful, Hospitality industry
• Valid and current NYC Food Protection Certificate from the New York City Department of Health
• Excellent and proven customer service skills and a winning personality that builds trust
