Sales Manager
A Growing Food Manufacturer is seeking a Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across retail, food service, and distribution channels. This role will focus on business development, key account management, broker oversight, and execution of sales strategies that drive market expansion.
Responsibilities- Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage customer relationships, negotiations, and sales performance.
- Lead broker partners and support sales team development.
- Develop forecasts, budgets, and sales plans.
- Identify new channels, customers, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives.
- 5+ years of sales experience with leadership responsibility.
- Food industry experience required.
- Strong account management and business development skills.
- Experience working with retail, food service, or distribution channels.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and build customer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
