** Playa Vista, California (Hybrid: Onsite Monday-Thursday, and can work remotely from home on Fridays)

Role Overview We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide project support. This role will involve working with entertainment and celebrity teams, handling product ordering, and collaborating with various internal marketing and product departments. The ideal candidate is organized, has strong communication skills, and is knowledgeable about pop culture.

Key Responsibilities
* Place product orders using style codes.
* Assist in creating gifted product kits for celebrities.
* Help the team organize monthly product kits based on celebrity interests or themes.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Entertainment, Global Marketing, and Product groups.

Required Qualifications

* Education:

** A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
*
* Experience:

** A minimum of 1-2+ years of related experience is required.
** Technical

Skills:

** Proficiency with Excel and Airtable is required.

Experience with placing product orders or an interest in visual merchandising is also necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a cross-functional role.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* An understanding of pop culture and current trends.
* Previous industry experience is a plus.
