This position is responsible for driving sales in Joybird’s showrooms. As a member of Joybird's Retail Sales team, this role is focused on delivering the best possible overall customer experience.

Passionate about interior design, home furnishings, and helping customers create spaces they love. A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional service. Creative, detail-oriented, and energized by bringing design ideas to life. Experience in sales, retail, interior design, or home furnishings is preferred. Interior Design education or related design experience is a plus. You don't do average—and neither do we.

Base Compensation Range: $18 per hour Commission & Bonus:
Earn more with UNCAPPED commission on written sales – 2% on all sales. Monthly bonus opportunity of $500 based on your ability to meet specific individual sales goals
