Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive at Affinity, you will be at the forefront of our North American CTV growth initiative. You will be responsible for expanding our advertiser base by selling CTV and video advertising solutions into agencies and brands. Leveraging Affinity's exclusive CTV capabilities — including programmatic and managed service activation, exclusive TCL Smart TV inventory, pre-roll, mid-roll, VOD, and FAST channel inventory — you will be a key driver in establishing Affinity as a leading CTV partner in the US market.

This role requires a seasoned commercial leader with deep expertise in the programmatic CTV landscape and a proven ability to influence at the highest levels of agency and DSP ecosystems.

• CTV Sales Leadership: Drive advertising sales across Affinity's CTV and video inventory in North America, including programmatic, managed service, PMP, and direct IO deal structures.
• Strategic Acquisition: Identify and acquire new agency and brand partners looking for premium CTV solutions beyond the traditional walled gardens.
• Consultative Selling: Map Affinity's CTV capabilities — TCL Smart TV, pre-roll, mid-roll, VOD, and FAST channel inventory — to client campaign objectives and KPIs at a senior strategic level.
• Revenue Ownership: Own and exceed ambitious revenue targets through a high-velocity sales pipeline and proactive senior-level client engagement.
• Deal Structuring: Develop sophisticated proposals across PMP and direct IO frameworks, clearly articulating the value of Affinity's managed service and programmatic offerings.
• Market Leadership: Represent Affinity at key industry events, building brand authority and establishing Affinity as a credible and trusted CTV partner in the US market.
• Cross-functional Influence: Partner with internal Account Management, Product, and Operations teams to ensure campaign delivery, performance, and long-term account growth.

• Experience: 4-7 years in CTV and/or video advertising sales, with a strong and demonstrable track record of closing significant deals with agencies and brands.
• CTV Expertise: Deep expertise in programmatic CTV, agency and DSP ecosystems, PMP and direct IO deal structures, and managed service media solutions.
• Network: A well-established network of senior decision-makers across holding companies, media agencies, and brand marketing teams.
• KPI Fluency: Highly comfortable discussing reach, frequency, viewability, completion rates, and brand outcomes at a strategic level.
• Analytical Prowess: Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) to build proposals, deal simulations, and performance reports.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, with the gravitas and ability to translate complex CTV infrastructure into a compelling value proposition at C-suite level.
