Summary

Seeking an Associate Account Executive to provide support to Automated (Programmatic) Account Executives and reports directly to the Automation Director/SMS. In this role, you'll partner closely with cross-division holding company sales stakeholders to keep campaigns on track, clients informed, and revenue reporting accurate.

As the day-to-day point of contact for the implementation of programmatic buys, the AAE serves as the primary liaison for the Ad Sales team throughout the full lifecycle of a deal. Acting as the right hand to the Account Executive, you'll grow revenue by delivering exceptional client service and communication, translating data and measurement into actionable opportunities, identifying new programmatic-enabled ways to grow existing and new business, cultivating relationships across the SSP/DSP ecosystem, and managing day-to- day activity in Sales Hub.

Responsibilities;

Own daily management of the Sales Hub campaign pipeline and revenue tracking to ensure accurate, timely reporting to leadership % of Time
Track and report on Account Executive activity, client account status, and live/upcoming campaigns for your Director and SMS on a weekly basis
Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) with professionalism, precision, and speed
Serve as the primary point of contact for securing client assets, ensuring on- time campaign launches and delivering reporting as needed
Partner with internal operations and external programmatic technology providers (SSP/DSP) to resolve day-to-day business needs
Analyze account and category data to proactively shape programmatic strategy, uncovering customer needs and translating them into sellable opportunities
Build strategic sales presentations and post-campaign wrap-up decks that showcase performance and value
Prospect, identify, and qualify new programmatic clients to drive business growth
Stay ahead of industry and competitive trends through trade publications, surfacing relevant insights for the Account Executive and broader team
Champion a culture of inclusion and uphold the values of the organization

Required Skills:

4+ years of experience in linear, digital, and/or programmatic media
Technical experience with DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), SSPs (Supply-Side Platforms), Digital advertising, Advertising technology, Programmatic ecosystems
Proven strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate it into specific,
measurable tactics, actions, and outcomes

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
Understanding of how clients set priorities and performance goals, and how to align our product portfolio to meet those needs
Working knowledge of how programmatic/digital media is bought and sold, with fluency in ad tech
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong proficiency in media math
Strong grasp of data and measurement for analysis and presentation
Ability to multitask, make decisions, and manage at an entrepreneurial pace
