Account Executive | High-Growth AI x Fintech Startup | NYC

Talent is partnering with a fast-growing AI startup building critical infrastructure for the financial services industry — and they’re looking for a high-caliber AE to join their growing GTM team.

Their AI-native platform helps banks, fintechs and financial institutions make faster, smarter decisions around identity, fraud and risk — replacing slow, expensive legacy processes with automation.

The opportunity:

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demos, pilots, negotiation & close
• Build and manage your own pipeline across SMB, mid-market and enterprise accounts
• Sell consultatively into leaders across fintech, fraud, risk, credit & operations
• Run product demos and pilots with sophisticated, analytical buyers
• Work directly with Product & Engineering to bring customer feedback into the roadmap
• Help GTM leadership refine messaging, positioning & the overall sales motion
• Join early enough to have real influence, equity & ownership as the company scales

You might be a fit if you have:

• 2+ years of SaaS / fintech / financial services sales experience
• A track record of hitting or exceeding quota
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• A strategic and scrappy approach — you're comfortable creating your own momentum
• The hunger to do more than just close deals — you want to help build the GTM engine
