The FOX Station Sales Team has an amazing opportunity for a Sales Assistant to provide critical day‑to‑day support to our Digital Account Executives and Sales Managers, helping ensure the seamless planning, execution, and reporting of FLX and digital advertising campaigns.

• Sales Support:
  Support Digital Account Executives and Sales Managers with order entry, revisions, and campaign reporting for FLX, OTT/CTV, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Traffic & Campaign Management:
  Assist in scheduling and monitoring digital ad campaigns and monitor results from inception to completion to ensure full delivery.
• Client Fulfillment:
  Prepare and distribute campaign performance reports, post-campaign recaps, and monthly client fulfillment reports.
• Account Communication:
  Communicate with sales representatives, buyers, and internal partners regarding makegoods, revisions, program changes, and other account activity.
• Prospecting Support:
  Assist Account Executives with prospecting, research, sales planning, and the development of client‑facing presentations.
• Administrative Excellence:
  Manage data entry, CRM pipeline updates, and order processing with a high degree of accuracy.
