Role
Vaccines Customer Team Leader, overseeing customer engagement and team management within the Arizona/Nevada district, with a focus on vaccine products.
Responsibilities- lead and develop Customer Representatives, identify customer needs, coach, train, and manage people, and implement customer-centric strategies
- foster strong relationships with healthcare providers and organizations
- BA/BS with 6-8 years of sales experience or equivalent, with at least 4 years in healthcare or biotech industries
- valid driver's license
- ability to travel at least 50%
- 3+ years working with key healthcare stakeholders in large practices or managed care, 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales support, marketing, or managed care
- prior field sales management
- experience in vaccines
account planning, customer engagement, strategic account management, healthcare sales, and leadership.
High Valuevaccine products, healthcare provider engagement, field-based, leadership in a customer-focused pharmaceutical environment.
Work Setupremote, with significant travel (~50%).
