Location: New York
A leading environmental services company is seeking an Environmental Professional to conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a degree in environmental science or relevant experience and must meet ASTM qualifications. Responsibilities include performing assessments, preparing reports, and identifying environmental concerns. Candidates with strong technical writing skills and experience with lenders are preferred.
Compensation is based on a per-report fee, negotiable depending on project scope.
