The NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) seeks an Associate Laboratory Microbiologist to perform routine microbiological testing of environmental samples, including indicator bacteria, to meet regulatory requirements. Provisional appointment with exam requirement for permanent status.
Candidates will assist in training, prepare sterile bottles for 14 WRRFs, maintain equipment and data, and participate in advanced molecular analyses as part of BWT's programs.
