Job Title: Bakery Helper

Location: 192 Bleecker Street & 315 West 39th Street

Compensation: $17–$20 per hour

Employment type: Full‑time

Transportation requirement: Must have own vehicle; no public transport available.

• Act as an advocate for the company and embody POSH POP culture.
• Retain and demonstrate proper procedures delivered by enthusiastic managers.
• Use proper techniques for mixing, pouring, and storing batters and icings.
• Help wash dishes, bake and cool as needed.
• Prepare batters and icings to send to other bakeries when appropriate.
• Maintain a steady pace throughout the shift to ensure completion of tasks on time.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with all housekeeping tasks as outlined in opening, closing, daily and/or weekly checklists.
• Accept shipments and packages.
• Report to work as scheduled and meet the requirements for the length of the shift.

• Minimum one year of experience working in a kitchen or baking environment.
• Ability to communicate verbally and understand and follow written and verbal instructions from management.
• Spanish speaking OK.
• Maintain a steady pace throughout the shift.
