C.T. Male Associates is seeking an experienced Geologist/Hydrogeologist III to join our dynamic Environmental Health & Safety team, dedicated to providing expert engineering, architectural, and environmental consulting services. In this role, you will conduct advanced geological and hydrogeological investigations and assessments, contributing to the successful management and remediation of environmental challenges. This position involves collaborative work in a project-focused environment, aiming to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and innovative solutions to a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage field studies and investigations related to soil, groundwater, and surface water.
  • Develop and implement hydrogeological models to predict contaminant transport and environmental impact.
  • Collaborate with engineers and environmental scientists on multidisciplinary projects to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  • Design and oversee remediation projects, including the development of sustainable methods for water resources management and pollution control.
  • Analyze and interpret geological data, and prepare technical reports and documentation for regulatory agencies and clients.
  • Provide expert testimony and scientific support during environmental litigation cases.
  • Guide junior geologists and hydro geologists within the team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in using GIS and hydrogeological modeling software.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in environmental sampling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and project management capabilities.
  • In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
