Metro One is a premier Loss Prevention and Security Organization with over 100 national clients and 3,000 security personnel. Our employees work as security officers, concierge officers, special event security, and licensed personnel across retail, logistics, corporate, and educational settings.

We seek a High‑Level Luxury Security Officer for concierge roles at rapidly expanding corporations. The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive can‑do attitude, deliver the highest level of customer service, and maintain the safety of visitors and staff.

Provide professional, courteous security and concierge service at a high‑level luxury site while meeting all client and company policies.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication; interact with customers and clients daily
• Professional and impeccable appearance
• Stamina to stand for extended periods
• Follow instructions and adhere to policies and procedures
• Work under pressure and diplomatically address challenging situations
• Accept and handle additional special assignments
• New York State Security License required

• High school education or GED
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Solid and stable work history over the last 6 years
