• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and guests at the front desk, providing a welcoming presence and professional customer service.

• Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs as required by site-specific policies.

• Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies to help maintain order and help to deter unauthorized access or activities.

• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and critical situations, following established emergency response protocols as appropriate.

• Communicate clearly and promptly with residents, staff, and/or emergency personnel as needed in response to incidents or inquiries.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to incidents, visitors, and other front desk activities.

• Support a secure and orderly environment by observing and reporting any unusual activities or conditions at the location.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
