Overview

• Prevent financial loss caused by theft and fraud.
• Review CCTV and exception reports; monitor the stores physical security.
• Audit Electronic Article Surveillance to drive shrink elimination in the store.
• Prepare accurate and detailed case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries.
• Preserve evidence and interact with law enforcement; testify in criminal and civil court actions when required.
• Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty.
• Perform job responsibilities in a manner that minimizes risk of injury to associates, vendors, customers, and the Company.
• Demonstrate integrity at all times and address asset protection and operational concerns of all associates.
• Remain focused on store-specific business objectives while supporting key asset protection and operational responsibilities.
