Learn more: As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a residential community, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to calls for service with calm, professional communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will build positive rapport with residents and staff while supporting Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and innovative approach, delivering through teamwork and acting with integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance concerns or hazards.
- Monitor access points such as lobbies, entrances, gates, and garage areas; verify credentials and/or visitor authorization in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; contact law enforcement and/or emergency services when required and assist with scene control until relieved.
- Document patrols, incidents, and resident concerns in written reports and/or electronic logs; communicate key information to site management and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
