This is an on-site Security Officer role located in South Wales, As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and safeguarding designated premises, ensuring the safety of staff and visitors, and mitigating potential security risks. Day-to-day responsibilities include regular security patrols, access control, incident reporting, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism. You will also respond to security breaches or emergency situations promptly and effectively.

• Experience in security operations, including monitoring, patrolling, and responding to incidents.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and guests professionally and respectfully.
• Attentive to detail, with skills in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and quick decision-making under pressure.
• Relevant certifications such as a valid SIA Security Guard License and any other regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the role.
• Physically fit to perform duties that may require standing, walking, or light physical exertion for extended periods.
• Previous experience in hospitality or event security is a plus.
