Allied Universal - Up to $20.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely notification to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, corridors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, observing and reporting suspicious activity and/or hazardous conditions.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, including checking credentials, supporting directions and way finding, and documenting unusual activity per site requirements.;
Complete detailed reports for incidents, patrol activities, and security-related observations, and communicate information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts for follow-up.
