Allied Universal - Up to $42432.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an education location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with crowd management, disputes, medical calls, and facility alarms as directed by site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of academic buildings, residence areas, common spaces, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or policy concerns.;
Control access where assigned by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials, directing visitors to sign-in locations, and assisting with deliveries and after-hours access requests per site policy.;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations in written reports and electronic logs, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and/or emergency services when required.
