Allied Universal - Up to $18.02/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, staff, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation and timely notification to site management and/or emergency services as directed.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the facility, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter policy violations, unauthorized entry, and/or disruptive activity.;
Monitor access points and visitor flow as assigned, verify authorization, and document entries, exits, and key activity per site procedures.;
Complete detailed reports and logs on incidents, observations, patrol activity, and resident interactions, and communicate relevant information during shift turnover.
