Security Officer - Patrol and Access Control

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking areas, loading and receiving areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and perform access control duties such as verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and/or badge issuance, and directing authorized personnel to the correct locations.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate onsite contacts and/or public emergency services when needed.;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in a timely manner and communicate key observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
