Allied Universal - Up to $17.25/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a residential location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns to on-site management and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, common areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance and access issues.;
Monitor access points, observe for unauthorized entry, and assist with visitor directions and resident requests in accordance with site procedures.;
Complete required documentation such as daily activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
