Allied Universal - Up to $30.55/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government facility entry point;
Screen visitors, staff, and/or vendors by conducting bag checks, using walk-through and handheld screening equipment, and verifying identification and access authorization as required by post orders;
Control access by managing entry and exit points, directing visitor flow, issuing visitor credentials when authorized, and communicating entry requirements in a professional manner;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including handling prohibited items per site procedures and notifying supervision and/or appropriate authorities;
Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and screening documentation, and communicate observations that may help to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations
