Allied Universal - - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter points to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards;
Monitor access points and restricted areas, assist with visitor check-in and badge verification, and help maintain orderly entry and exit flow in coordination with site personnel;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including requesting assistance from emergency services and site leadership as directed by post orders;
Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, communicate notable events to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts, and assist with security-related documentation and evidence-control processes as assigned
