Allied Universal - - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify concerns.;
Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and building systems as assigned, documenting observations and reporting maintenance issues and/or suspicious behavior per site procedures.;
Complete routine reports such as shift logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate relevant updates during shift transitions.
