Allied Universal - Up to $21.25/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, lobby and common spaces, parking areas, and the building perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site;
Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, potential policy violations, and/or hazards; communicate directions and information to visitors and employees as needed;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services when required;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal management and site contacts
