Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Observer

Location: New York

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or personnel by carrying out Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, concourses, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or operational concerns.;
Monitor access points, restricted areas, and public spaces; verify credentials and/or permissions as required by post orders and report unauthorized access concerns.;
Respond to incidents, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site representatives and/or public agency partners as directed.;
Complete timely reports and logs of patrol activity, incidents, and observations; preserve scene information and/or evidence when requested and permitted by policy.
