Allied Universal - - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, patients, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting and documenting observations per site guidelines.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and visitor traffic as assigned, assisting with way finding, observing for unusual behavior, and/or notifying appropriate personnel when concerns arise.;
Support Allied Universal and site leadership with security-related rounds, incident follow-up, and/or coordination with local emergency services when directed.
