Security Officer - Roving Patrol Officer

Location: New York

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout residential common areas, amenity spaces, parking areas, and the property perimeter to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor access points and property conditions, assisting with visitor management and/or resident inquiries while maintaining a professional presence;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting de-escalation and contacting appropriate internal contacts and/or public resources as directed by post orders;
Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate noteworthy conditions to site management and Allied Universal supervision
