Allied Universal - Up to $21.24/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting clinical staff and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of buildings, corridors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or environmental concerns;
Monitor access points, assist with visitor way finding, and help to maintain orderly movement in waiting areas, lobbies, and other public spaces;
Complete shift logs and incident reports, communicate significant activity to Allied Universal leadership and site stakeholders, and support security-related investigations as directed
