Allied Universal - - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of offices, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or policy concerns;
Monitor access points and support visitor management by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials when directed, and directing guests to appropriate locations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, contacting site contacts and/or public services as needed, and documenting actions taken;
Complete timely security-related reports and logs, communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision, and follow post orders for shift turnover
